Hello, I'm Kim Moelholm

You can generate a framework for making decisions in seconds. Few people have made those decisions under real pressure, with real consequences.

 

I've spent more than 25 years in entrepreneurship and senior leadership across Europe, the US, and Asia. I led international expansion, opened new markets and built high-performing teams. I worked alongside business owners and executives facing complex decisions every day.

I grew up in an entrepreneurial family in Denmark. Business was part of everyday life from an early age. At 23, I joined what would become BoConcept. I spent the next nearly two decades helping build the company into an international brand with more than 270 stores worldwide. Along the way, I launched more than 20 stores in the US, led turnaround initiatives in Japan and China, and supported a network of over 50 stores across Asia.

 

Those years taught me a great deal about strategy, leadership, and international business. They also taught me that the most difficult challenges are rarely technical. They're human. How do you lead through uncertainty? How do you make difficult decisions when there's no obvious right answer? How do you stay true to yourself while carrying responsibility for others?

 

After we sold the company, I experienced burnout. Looking back, it became one of the most important learning experiences of my life. It challenged many of my assumptions about success, performance, and leadership. The experience has shaped the way I lead and the way I coach.

Today, I work with business owners, executives and professionals who find themselves at important crossroads. Some want to strengthen their personal leadership. Others are making significant career decisions or rethinking the direction of their professional lives. I coach online, in English, German or Danish, so distance is never the reason not to start.
