How it is to work with me is best said by the people I work with. I'm grateful to each client who allows me to accompany them on their journey.
I have been working with Kim for the last six months and would highly recommend him for those wanting to work with a versatile and innovative coach.
I have found him insightfully challenging, asking probing and difficult questions in a deceptively simple way - with a favourite question being 'do you know this or just think it to be true'?
He is flexible in approach and allows for free-style debate and thinking whilst ultimately bringing order and discipline to the work at hand. I have got a lot out of the work so far, and thoroughly enjoy the breadth of conversations and techniques for defining and progressing development goals.
If anyone is considering working with a coach I would encourage you to take Kim up on the offer of an introductory chat and find out more about his experience and process.
I can only recommend Kim as a coach but also as a person in general. He guided me with absolute positivity and earned my trust with focus and goal-oriented advice. He is respectful and patient and a clear communicator on eye-level.
I always had the feeling that he has already been where I just recently was. He is really honest, not one of those coaches who just seem to be perfect humans and who seem to have always been successful. It is okay to talk about emotions with Kim.
After the first sessions I noticed that I can be brutally honest with Kim and hence, also with myself. This is how he could help me and how he made me appreciate uncertainty.
He did never tell me in detail what I would need to do but he re-organized and further equipped my toolbox to give me more options and more perspectives. He overwrote my typical programs I automatically activated in times like these. I can feel the change, its great. You might want to feel this too.
I have loved working with Kim – in a few sessions he has made a huge difference, identifying areas to work on and grow both as an entrepreneur and personally. As an entrepreneur, one can not always separate the personal and the professional. Kim has given me great support in looking at things from both sides and helping me navigate the choppy waters of entrepreneurship while keeping my personal needs in mind. In the course of my day, I frequently find myself referring back to our conversations as a guide for my feelings and decisions. I also greatly appreciate that he brings both personal development and business expertise to his advice and guidance, a rare combination. I feel like I have real support and am so grateful I found him! - Elizabeth Jones, Founder, Manoir, LLC
I have had a coaching session given by Kim in off-line and on-line meeting.
He has a great ability and experience to guide me to run 50 people startup in terms of strategy, people management and decision making.
I never ever regret getting coaching from him except if I could start earlier.
I had the privilege of working with Kim during his time as the Director of Asia for BoConcept while I served as the GM of BoConcept Hong Kong. Together, we worked tirelessly to grow the market and achieve the company's goals.Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Kim again, this time as my business coach. I can confidently say that he has been instrumental in helping me clarify my thoughts, providing valuable feedback, and challenging me to approach issues and goals from multiple perspectives. What I appreciate most about Kim is his coaching style. He doesn't just tell you what to do or solve problems for you. Instead, he helps you reflect on your thoughts and encourages you to look outside of your own "fish bowl" to gain a fresh perspective. It's like having a sports coach that guides you towards success without doing the heavy lifting for you.I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a business coach who truly cares about their growth and success. Thank you, Kim, for your unwavering support and guidance!
I was fortunate to connect with Kim on LinkedIn as I struggled with my career and needed to make changes. Upon meeting with Kim, he demonstrated many essential qualities of a life coach, such as adaptability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.Kim’s non-judgemental and knowledgeable approach is enviable. He created an environment for me to feel comfortable sharing my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. He helped me develop new problem-solving strategies and encouraged me to use the resources around me for help. These techniques were practical in the workplace and my personal life.I highly recommend working with Kim. He will help you overcome any challenges that are interfering with meeting your goals.
Kim has been a mentor for me through almost a decade now. In the later years of this journey, one of his greatest strengths has been his ability to identify and enable me to talk about my own personal pitfalls, which I was not aware of, without me becoming defensive or upset. After every conversation, I always feel wiser about myself and what I need to do or can do to develop myself further, whether it is at work or in my personal life journey. I would recommend Kim and House of Balance to anyone who seeks personal or career guidance.
Kim has been an excellent support as I navigate a new industry, he helps me to identify my blind spots and offers practical advice for how I can move forward in areas I feel stuck.I particularly like Kim’s style, it’s both gentle yet firm, each session brings about clarity that I didn’t expect going in.I highly recommend Kim as a coach, with his vast business experience and openness around his personal journey, our sessions have been hugely beneficial.Above all, I look forward to the sessions each time..I wish Kim every success as a coach.
Kim has a unique understanding for people and their feelings and dreams. After each session with Kim, I leave with positivity, energy, and always looking forward to our next session.
With my goals as the starting point, each session helps define or redefine how I move forward. This takes place through creation of new thinking patterns as well as concrete solutions and tools.
I can highly recommend Kim as the perfect coach to accompany you towards reaching your goals.
I have known Kim at least 20 years ... and have worked with him in a number of different capacities - both him and me. (so when linked-in prompted a specific category - like who coached who - it is impossible to chose one ... as I have reported to Kim, he to me, in the same company, in different ones, we have coached each other - and a number of other relationships).
In any case, Kim is an extraordinary individual ... very talented leader that somehow always seems to get the best out of people - find the strengths - and make their weaknesses irrelevant ... or find ways to strengthen them. It was a big enjoyment for me to work with Kim - and the same can be said for people working under him, customers, partners - and me indeed.
The only problem I have with Kim - is that he left Asia - ... but I guess Europe got the better of him. I have lived in Shanghai, China 30 years - and build a business that is today a top global furniture manufacturer. I was born in Denmark. I am also chairing the All China Danish Chamber of Commerce and very active in a number of community, culture and bridge building activities between Europe and China. Something much needed these days.
Kim is a dear friend, wonderful bridge builder and a brilliant coach! ... we miss him!
My former manager Kim Moelholm has started his own coaching business, and I urge you to engage with him if you are looking for an excellent coach for your business or private life (or both).Kim has a great insight into how you find balance in your life, so you get the most out of it, for the benefit of your career, your family and yourself. The coaching sessions with Kim was the best education I have ever got. I learned so many practical tools and methods which I still use today. His mindset and positivity after each session gives you inspiration and energy to attack whatever challenges you
In the coaching session yesterday you were considerate, supportive and your manner was pleasant. I enjoyed your approach which was collaborative and open to moving in different directions.
As I told you in the session, I dislike process driven coaching when it feels as if the client is on an assembly line. I did not feel that way with you and was comfortable expressing my thoughts and opinions.
I am pleased to get Kim as coach. He provided me new eyes and ears to understand myself and to make me find what’s important FOR ME, and to take action accordingly…… for both business and private life.I strongly recommend you to work with Kim if you want to explore your unconscious and get a clear vision of what is really important FOR YOU in life. As a coach he perfectly knows the interactions and issues between work life and private life, as well as between mental and physical health.Kim is enormously empathetic and gets you to make your own decisions, even when they are difficult or painful. He doesn't force you to do anything… .. but he motivates and makes you see reality with your own eyes, not through the prism of others. He makes you see that you have the willpower and courage enough for almost everything that is important. He is also a very nice person you can trust,… he will always look to get the best for you.I am sure he will help many other to slow down in life. Less is more !! Best wishes. Rogelio Antonietty
With Kim, I experienced an instant trust and comfort to share thoughts at a personal level. He offers a dialogue where his questions often seem so logical that you think “why haven’t I done that or thought so earlier?” And yet again he manages to stimulate your thinking a long time after conversations - that’s simply value for money - more importantly it makes you move on in an improved manner. You get the sense that Kim is very focused and has an ambition of making sure you achieve a difference - initially I said “impossible,” to which he replied, “says who?” He’s very clever in initiating a talk about one’s fixed thoughts and pushes you in thinking positively and more importantly; making you focus on your obvious strengths. “Motivation” has always been my keyword for all my relations; staff, customers, volunteers and children - I have kinda forgotten this factor; maybe even forgotten to self-motivate which is equally important….talking to Kim helped me find my motivation.I wholeheartedly endorse his intention and am very pleased to recommend his service - you enter a dialogue that offers you reflection and tools to re-approach whichever challenge you may be facing or boost yourself in an exciting new direction.Book him for a talk!
