As your responsibility increases, complexity rarely decreases. Your decisions carry broader consequences. Trade-offs become less obvious.
I provide a structured and confidential space where you can think clearly, challenge your assumptions, and move forward deliberately.
I don't offer ready-made answers. I create disciplined reflection that strengthens the quality of your decisions and leadership.

What coaching addresses at senior level
In complex leadership roles, your challenges are rarely technical. They're contextual, relational, and strategic.
You may be navigating:
-
High-stakes decisions with incomplete information
-
Conflicting expectations from board, team, and stakeholders
-
Questions about your role, scope, or long-term direction
-
Pressure you can't discuss internally
-
Subtle patterns in how you respond under stress
Together, we bring these dynamics into focus — without performance, without judgment, and without noise.

When it makes sense to engage
Coaching is particularly valuable when:
-
The decisions you face carry real weight
-
You sense increasing complexity in your role
-
You're considering a structural or strategic transition
-
You want sharper thinking, not simply more activity
-
You need a space where you don't have to perform
The more senior your position, the fewer places you can think openly. External perspective becomes an advantage, not a luxury.

Who this work is for
I work with experienced leaders, business owners, and senior executives who carry significant responsibility and want to operate with greater clarity and intention.
This isn't remedial work.
It is deliberate development at a high level of responsibility.

How we begin
We start with an initial conversation about your situation.
If we both sense a strong fit, we agree on a structure that supports your goals — including frequency, format, and investment.
You can meet me in Munich or work with me online. I coach in English, German or Danish.
Why do I find my work fulfilling?
During a difficult time in my life, I hid what I was dealing with instead of sharing it. Opening up, I realised that others also try to find all the solutions independently. Working with external professionals accelerated my progress. I emerged stronger, with more appreciation for my personal and professional life. This is my way to give back and let others benefit from my experience and views about life—the ups and downs.
